As the Superhuman Civil War, the five oldest children of Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man broke into Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum to find a spell to erase the memories of their father unmasking himself from everyone. But upon doing so, they were send to different worlds by an enraged Mephisto who was angry at having his plan foiled by a bunch of children. 

But now, each of the children will return home, stronger than ever as they take up the mantle of being Spider Heroes, just like their father and those like them as things began to fall into place.
