Once a year, at exactly 13:13, a forgotten carnival appears on the edge of town. No one sees it arrive. No one remembers it leaving. The only rule? Don't stay past the final bell.
When Nero sneaks into the carnival to find his missing sister, he doesn't expect the performers to be ghosts smiling clowns who never blink, dancers with no shadows, and a ringmaster who speaks in riddles and lullabies. The deeper he walks into the carnival, the more he starts to forget: his name, his home, his purpose.
Every mirror shows a different version of himself. Some laugh. Some cry. One watches him back.
Nero knows he has to escape but the carnival remembers everyone who visits. And those who stay too long?
They join the show. Forever.
