She met him before she even knew his name.

It was supposed to be just another night-scrubbing tables, dodging sleazy comments, and surviving the greasy hellhole she worked at to pay for law school. But when she approached the table of seven silent men, cloaked in wealth and something far colder, she felt it-that shift in the air, like a predator had just gone still.
