After getting chased down by a loved crazed Nico. Grey died fighting his own battles as Cecilia was getting chased down by Nico who wanted nothing but to make Cecilia his, so after getting confronted with Nico for the last time she committed suicide.
But just before grey could start regretting his past he became something new.
