Original poems that I have written as a teenage girl. Some were written a while ago, and some were written more recently. Please give each of them a chance. You never know what you might connect with. I know a lot of them don't have names, but I just couldn't think of names for them. The cover was made by me on Shuffles. Give yourself time to feel your emotions But don't let them control you Let it consume you But not forever. There are moments in life when you have to let yourself feel, the pain the trauma, the depression the anxiety. There are also moments you have to force yourself out of the darkness, before it fully consumes you. These poems are the moments, when I stewed in my sadness, gave it the steering wheel. But are also the moments I grabbed the wheel and took control. This book is for those healing Those fighting Those who are speaking up And those who are silent
