Forced to leave her home because of a agreement of surrender her father accepted from Odin, King of Asgard, nearly a thousand years ago, Freya must traverse life in the Asgardian court with her twin brother, Freyr, and navigate a new way of life of magic, swordplay, fearsome warriors, and battles.
Secrets and lies are at the heart of the Asgardian royal family and threaten to tear it apart. Finding the most unlikely friendships in a poor orphan boy, Ottar, and quite surprisingly one of Odin's sons, Prince Loki, Freya seems to find herself in an inescapable web of lies, which threaten to unravel her own closely guarded secrets for all of the realm to hear.
With powerful magic at her disposal and a connection to the afterlife, she uses it to protect her compatriots, defend some of the Nine Realms against threats that wish to invade and kill, and selflessly aid others on finding something she wishes for herself one day.

It is said that everyone has a soulmate. One person to truly love in a lifetime. Some say they do not exist, and some say they are rare. Freya says it is more common than one thinks and finding them is certainly more complicated than expected.

Her title, is the Lady goddess of honorable combat and justice, although she is more often referred to by her title that everybody believes is self-imposed. A forgotten king
Loki was banished from Asgard and was banished to live on earth as a midgardian. Although his powers were taking away, Odin couldn't leave his son with nothing. He gave Loki endless amounts of money, a mansion, his expensive cars, and all the time in the world, but he would never be allowed into Asgard or any other realms again. This was his punishment for the unforgivable crimes he had committed against Asgard and against the family Odinson. Although Loki grew very comfortable in his new lifestyle on Midgard, he soon became bored. His playboy life style wasn't fulfilling anymore. While there was a party going on at his mansion, Loki needed to get away from it all. He needed to escape the hoards of woman after him, somehow no one would leave the party, so he did. He snuck out of his own party and began to drive his favorite car, a dark grey jaguar. He drove for many miles, passing countless states and even drove into the changing seasons. He soon found himself lost on a dirt road covered in snow. His car broke down and night was upon him. With nowhere to go and no one to help him Loki sat in his car shivering, from the bitter cold. Just as he was giving up he saw a faint light shining from within the forest. He decided to investigate. Maybe it was a nearby house or someone could help him out of the bitter cold. As he walked deeper into the woods, he came around a bend and a clearing in the middle of the forest. There was a large Iridescent bubble. Within it was unaffected by the snow. He walked up to it but there was a force field protecting this closed off world. Soon he saw a woman with large white wings flittering and floating about with in the bubble. She saw Loki and grew scared. She flittered away behind a tree as Loki tried to get her to come out. A conversation ensued and they quickly became friends. Being A God's whole world.
Asgard was once a happy place for Freya but after her mother was murdered everything seemed dark and sluggish. Freya lived with her horrible neighbours for a while as she had nowhere else to go, or so she thought. One day Freya meets a woman who was friends with her mother and who also happens to work for Odin. Freya stays with the mystery woman until the go to the castle where Freya is about to learn something shocking. Frigga is helping her husband calm down when his assistant comes respectfully into the room with a small girl. Frigga notices something about the girl and is reminded of her adopted son. She invited them to stay for dinner where she finds out the truth. One cold touch. Just one touch and Frigga knew what her son had been hiding all those years. p.s. This book does not follow Norse mythology. In my story, I have made Freya Lokis daughter even though his real daughter is Hel. Also, this is the soft Loki. The one that is our sweet little baby. It is set after Loki tries to take over the world and before Frigga dies. Second also, they wear more modern clothes because I'm not good at Asgardian clothes and things. P.P.S nothing is in order.
