The Child of Light.

Some call him a mongrel, a wild dog that chases its own tail, and frankly, they might not be wrong.

To fight for what you believe is right in such a miserable world was a foolish task, one suitable only for a hound like him.

And he never did managed to succeed, as one would say. The Hound of Culann protected his lands well, but all he received in thanks were a dead son killed by his own hands, a dead friend killed by his own hands, and woman who wanted nothing but to follow in their footsteps.

That Hound failed, he died strapped to a rock, snarling like a wild beast. The only one who loved him in the end was an obsessed, mentally-unhinged evil queen.

This one is different.

What if he succeeded? What if he went against fate, and won against all odds? That is certainly a story worthy of telling.

The story of a different Cú Chulainn.
