adison certainly wasn't the definition of the perfect person. her life motivation was to never be casual. it was always all or nothing, no in between.

and as it turns out, that motto doesn't just extend to partying and drinking, it includes relationships too. finding someone to settle down with felt like a waste when adison knew she still had so much life to live.

besides, on the off chance that she did need to confide in someone, camilla was always there. plus, camilla was a non-negotiable in adison's life, and trying to find someone to accept that had proved to be rather difficult in the past.

though, would it truly be that much of a struggle if she found someone who truly knew her? for example, a stranger who she happened to sleep with and now can't get out of her mind.

chris was nowhere near adison's usual targets for one night stands, and maybe that was where she went wrong. that one night caused adison's view to change. her ideas of a relationship gained hope. camilla caught her smiling at her phone more often. she had even picked up her pen to start writing again after she had given up all those years ago.

adison was by no means planning out her future with this man... but would it really be so bad if she were? she didn't know. all she knew is that she had to carry on. to live now and think later. after all, it's the one thing she does so well
