The Powers We Have
WARNING: this story includes death ~~•~~ What superpower would you want? Invisibility? Flight? Shape shifting? There are countless powers! Countless possibilities!!! And my power, is to talk to gnomes. ...no not the little garden things. Gnomes are the creatures that are your conscious. Kinda like the old cartoon devil and angel. Everyone has a gnome, and each gnome has their own personality. Gnomes are invisible to everyone except for people who have the power to talk to them. I have a gnome and their name is Kade. Kade is very mischievous and we get along well. But...my power isn't anything special. I can just see little creatures, what good is that?! And now my parents have decided to sent me to a school to strengthen my 'power'. I've been homeschooled my entire life and have been saved from the embarrassment of sharing my power. I already know my power sucks! I don't need a school to tell me that. But now I'm here. Just me and Kade, Against the world. ~~•~~ This story is about a hero who is very kind and outgoing and always looks out for everyone, A hero who never gives themself credit and is struggling to figure out who they really are, And a hero who once had happiness and love, and threw it all away.
