After growing up in New York, the Torres siblings relocate to Ironwood, their mom's hometown and the same town where their father-known for being the getaway driver in a notorious heist-disappeared years ago just before Eli's first birthday.

Eli Torres, the oldest, was known for street racing back in the city, and she's not about to give that up now. But Ironwood is nothing like New York. Or so she thinks.

She crosses pathes with Ray Young, the sheriff's son with a complicated reputation. Someone she didnt think she would have a decent conversation with, let alone take advice from. Then there's Harris Bowers: rich, sharp-tongued, and impossible to ignore, even if their first impression of each other was anything but smooth.

As Eli navigates new challenges, she keeps crossing paths with both boys more often than she expects, while the shadow of her family's past looms over their future.
