Arm Candy (Mezou Shouji / Eijirou Kirishima

Love, to Kirishima, felt like nothing but a four letter word. Bittersweet, nauseating, and cold. He wanted to love someone, but something about the way he felt towards the women in his life was never... right. It was not that all-consuming sensation that he had heard so much about from his friends or on television. It was lackluster and felt plain. He had never experienced that spark he so desperately wanted, the warmth of love igniting his entire being.

He thought he had found it when he met Katsuki Bakugou, though a wedge was planted between them in their third year. Although Kirishima could never figure out what had done it, he silently mourned the closeness the two had shared. The spark he thought he had had died, but maybe that was for the better. After all, he knew the way he felt was not right. It was wrong. Different.

Mezou Shouji, however, was different, too.
