She never regrets killing them, but before Hidan was a know S-rank criminal he droped her off at the leaf villiage. She's was trained by the best starting when she was 2 but no one knows. Her goal reunite with her brother. The leaf villiage didn't treat her much better so leaving isn't a problem.
