All small towns have secrets to hide but the town of North Haven has a secret many would die to protect. The stories and many facades of this secluded town is deeply encrypted into the history of its people. Small town girl Mae Barns hardly wishes to dig them up but the occurrences of one fateful twilit evening leaves her dumbfounded and curious wishing to know more.
Down the Winters Lane is a story of love, respect, heritage, peril and determination. Taking place in a scenery of autumn bliss and winter paradise, this story has a lot to offer to our senses.

Our main character, Romero Porcupine, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself, after he had experienced a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in. But, just maybe, he can find someone in this town to confide in? Someone who seems like he can trust. Enjoy (Side note: I know I don't usually post this type of stuff, as this is supposed to be SMUT.
