Cole Mellark, the Boy On Fire, has survived, even though his home has been destroyed. There are rebels. There are leaders. A revolution is unfolding. After supposedly being rescue from the horrid Quarter Quell, Cole is taken to Section N, also known as District 13, which still stands strong after the once revolution.
