Committed to this profession for nearly two decades, Tiphaine is one of the very few considered the best of the best. A veteran in manners of hunting targets down and accepting their donations on behalf of her clients. And killing the targets, however many deaths it takes, until they graciously give their donations.

They can take any blood bounty they wish, and can refuse anyone who wants to buy their services. That's how good they got.

The Assembly of the Beauluire-Charmasse chooses her above even their military officers. Legal and not-so legal organizations keep her in the loop and give way when she treads on their territory. The Vermeil Republic ask for her aid for the revolution. The commoners plead and beg, offering her their own Lifeblood in the streets, just for the chance of justice.
