This is a story for a girl named Gloria who needs a good story to get lost in. I apologize to her in advance because I'm not good with romance stories.
In my attempt at a modern day fairy tale, 17 year old Oscar Adams is nearing his 18th birthday and the day he has to take over his father's company. Well known and very wealthy, Oscar often finds himself stuck on dates set up by his father or sister. They want him to marry a rich girl, but he hasn't taken an interest in any of the ones he's met.
One summer day, some girl tries to break into his car. After chasing away the girl, he realizes that he wants to know her story. Her life is a mystery, and Oscar wants to solve it.
