I write letters to the version of me that hides. The one that is silent when a storm rages within. Every poem is a confession I never meant to say out loud. A memory that bit back. A truth folded into metaphors . This is healing, a confrontation. Its raw, messy, sometimes it will be cruel. But its mine. So if youre reading this, Welcome to the dialouge that i never muttered, thoughts I concealed Between me and the voices in my head. I hope my poems touch your very soul and heals it if ever fractured. -From a broken soul to another-

Vital

Featured on @WattpadPoetry's reading list Stygian Skies and @CoffeeCommunity's Cappuccino reading list. A poetry book that trembles with fear, explodes with rage, and loves with everything it has. It tries to make sense of the past and explores trauma head on in an unfiltered way that leaves no room for denial. It's a documentation of my entire life, moments both sun kissed and dark. A book written with the new understanding that expressing how you feel is absolutely vital. Most of my poems come from personal experience and some topics may be sensitive to some readers. Some themes included consist of toxic household environments, the loss of loved ones, abusive relationships, suicidal thoughts and actions, and struggling with mental illness.
