This is a one-shot version of a plot I came up with before the #GiveMeABreakContest was announced! It's in response to the prompt 'whatever is written comes true the next day' and is a science fiction/fantasy trippy twist on the classic romance fanfic. In this universe, Michael Clifford's life has gone downhill since 5SOS split up after their self-titled album. Meanwhile, Awsten Knight, famous actor and singer, flaunts his seemingly perfect life on the screen every day for Michael to seethe in envy. After Michael makes a wish, Awsten suddenly appears in Michael's tiny L.A. apartment, but he's not really himself...I'm a huge fan of Waterparks and 5SOS and so excited to take part in this contest!! Also, I added tons of different references in this story so please comment about them when you notice them haha.

Both Awsten and Lia are extremely gun shy after the loss of their first son, so being pregnant again only seems to fan the flames of their shared anxiety and the ghosts from the past trickle into their safe, secluded little bubble, threatening to destroy the life that they had started building back up together. They will have to work together, something they did not do last time, in order to keep their relationship steady and not repeat their past mistakes.
