One sister held captive. The other locked in her home. War's game is playing.
Adira Hawk has been held captive by Maeve for seven months. How much longer she doesn't know. The only thing that's on her mind is survive, keep Kai alive, and pray they both can make it through in one piece.
Trapped in her own home, Lyn Hawk is trying to balance both leading the group on her own and keeping the village safe, all the while trying to find where Adira is being held and save her. But with eight people in her home-seven and a half, if being technical-the simple act of focusing is proving to be harder than understanding what's happening to her.
When Brock begins to show where his loyalties lie, Lyn finds the people of Berk are in danger by both him and Maeve. And with the disappearance of dragons, including the Alpha's sister, Lyn realizes that the rescue for Adira will take longer than she wanted.
Both Adira and Lyn have to fight their own battles in the war, but when the sisters are torn apart, will they be strong enough to endure and survive them?

But despite their lives being close to perfect, neither of them could shake the feeling of missing each other. So Astrid came up with an idea. Hiccup and Toothless could catch up while they go away for a couple of days. Both Berk and the Hidden World would be looked after well by their leaders wives. Hiccup and Toothless thought it was a great idea, so they accepted. And there was no doubt they were excited. I think that it should be made into a movie, or a HTTYD mini series on Netflix! - @jayfeather44 I wouldn't be able to even tell whether this is an official story by DreamWorks, or an enormously successful fanfiction. It really takes you to Berk and tells the life of the last female Night Fury, and how much she means to save their tribe.
