Jace Mercer and Rowan Carter are two totally messed-up teens trying to figure out life while everything around them is falling apart. Jace's got a rough past - his family's broken, and he's been doing his best to keep it together, but he's carrying a lot of pain and secrets. Rowan looks like the perfect girl on the outside, but at home, it's a total mess - her mom's struggling with addiction, and her dad just left without looking back. When they meet in English class, it's like they get each other in a way no one else does. They start talking, hanging out, and slowly start trusting each other - even though both of them have walls built up super high. But it's not easy. There's drama, heartbreak, and times when it feels like giving up is the only option. Falling to Pieces is about dealing with pain, trying to heal, and finding someone who sees the real you - even when you're scared to show it. It's messy, emotional, and super real - just like high school life, but with a lot more feels.

Savannah Reyes has her future mapped out: valedictorian, Ivy League acceptance, and zero distractions. Jace Carter is her biggest distraction - the infuriating slacker who somehow matches her grades without lifting a finger. Their rivalry is legendary at West-bridge High, fueled by years of snarky debates, stolen spotlight moments, and mutual loathing. But when their AP English teacher pairs them for a semester-long thesis on "The Psychology of Love in Literature," Savannah and Jace are forced into close quarters - and closer conversations. As they dissect romantic tropes and literary heartbreaks, they begin to see past the personas they've built. Savannah discovers Jace's chaotic home life and quiet resilience, while Jace uncovers the pressure behind Savannah's perfectionism. What starts as a battle of wills turns into late-night study sessions, reluctant laughter, and a slow unraveling of everything they thought they knew - about each other and themselves. With prom approaching, college decisions looming, and emotions running high, Savannah and Jace must decide: is love just another literary cliché, or the one plot twist they never saw coming?
