Russia loves watching birds of all kinds. Perhaps it was a trait from his father, Soviet, a man who everyone believed to be crazy as he ranted about bird-people in the woods. But perhaps he was right. Some of his children always believed him considering how he died.
But on one day of watching birds, Russia saw something strange. As the curious person he was, he checked it out with his sister, Belarus. Little did he know, his life would be shaken to its core by a bird that was 2 meters tall.
Don't worry, he's not falling in love with an actual bird but let's just get into this. Also, it's Russia's point of view the whole time.

He now has a mental age of six(idk, just child age), is unable to mature further and only remembers his family. He has forgotten all of his middle/high school friends. The incident goes unsolved and all everyone can do is let it go. His friends do try to rebuild their friendships with him, but of course, it can never be the same. America took it the worse out of everyone, even worse than Russia's family. That is because he had a huge crush on Russia, but never dared to say it. If he had known about the incident, he would've confessed. Whenever he's alone, he cries. Remembering all those happy times with someone who doesn't even remember even talking with you in the first place hurts. Will America accept that Russia has forgotten?
