Luo slowly turned Pei Su around by his arm, his eyes scanning Pei Su's face covered with bruises cuts."What the..." Luo tried to contain his panic, guiding Pei Su's face to the left and right by his chin to check the injuries. "Who did this to you? "You sure didn't look like that this morning."
"Ran into some idiots." Pei Su waved a hand like that would cover it. "Happens."
Pei Su attempted to remove Luo's grasp when the latter held his hand, stopping him. Pei Su hissed at the firm grasp, making Luo more confused. Without hesitation, Luo pulled Pei Su's sleeve up, exposing a nasty laceration on his wrist.
"Your hand..." Luo's gaze moved up again to meet Pei Su's. "care to explain?Don't make me lose my mind !"

"Pei Su! Here you are," Luo said. "Didn't you hear me call for you?"
But Pei Su didn't respond. His hand continued to move, slicing on cut board steadily. Luo frowned and took a step closer. "Pei Su?"
As he got closer, Luo noticed Pei Su's hand. His heart skipped. There was blood on the cutting board, Pei Su's fingers were covered in it.
"PEI SU!" Luo shouted, his voice breaking. He lunged forward, grabbing Pei Su's wrist.The knife clattered to the floor. "Pei Su, stop!"
