Beau Greene lives his life like any five-year-old. He loves his mother, goes to school, draws the occasional picture to be hung on the fridge, and plays in the sun whenever he can. Not all things in life are great. His teacher is wicked, and the schoolyard bully loves to pick on him. It doesn't help that he has to deal with Roy. A man whose meanness knows no bounds. There is a darkness in Beau's world of light. And the child will soon discover that his imagination will triumph over that darkness. Even if what he imagines is as terrible as the dark.
