Himmel the Hero's name was never known in a particular long-hidden elven village-but nineteen years after his death, they felt the consequences. The village, untouched by battle for millennia, was massacred by demons.
Well... almost all.
Now, eight years later, amid fragile peace talks between humans and demons in the Graf Domain, and after a fight with her mistress, Hoff-a healer and reluctant diplomat-is sent to represent the Continental Magic Association.
Suddenly, though, an unknown elven mage is imprisoned, and that started it; the mask of diplomacy broke, and blood began to spill.
Hoff isn't a warrior, but in a world built on conflict, she will do whatever it takes to protect peace and ensure the safety of the people.
