When Leila Amani, an ordinary high school girl from Queens, is struck by lightning during a freak storm, her life takes a turn she never expected. What should have killed her instead awakens something inside her-electric energy coursing through her veins, powers she can't control, and secrets she was never meant to uncover.
Living with her Spanish grandmother, unaware of her family's mysterious past, Leila tries to hide what's happening to her. But when the sky opens up and aliens invade New York, hiding is no longer an option.

A year on from the battle of New York and everything was peaceful. Thor and Loki had also moved the the Avengers tower and life couldn't get any weirder to say the least. That's until the Avengers and Loki are sent out on a mission to find three extraordinary young girls. Enter Bethany, Ronnie (Adrienne is her really name) and Deanna. Three amazing girls with amazing talents that sets them on SHIELD's radar. Each girl once brought in (they are quite hard to find and persuade) is trained by two members of the Avengers to enhance their skills and hopefully bring them up to SHEILD agent standard. But three teenage girls and a group of Superhero's and a Villain in the same house/tower? What could possible go wrong? My guess... A lot. Second book in my Spider-Man saga. First of, I have THREE VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: 1) This book does contain foul language. Allie is a sixteen-year-old high school student, after all. 2) I do use direct quotes from the movies Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame with slight tweaks here and there so they fit my narrative. I do this to keep important story elements and funny jokes, and I in no way want to take credit for the amazing works of the Marvel script writers. 3) Later in the book, there is a very "steamy" scene. I'm not good at writing sex scenes, so I skipped all the details and gross stuff, but there is still the implication, so innocent readers beware. Now onto the actual description!!
