Reese Vaissiere is in trouble.

First she made a bet with her best friend, Noelle Coleman, saying that she could win Lance Jameson's heart within just a week even though she's practically a nobody who's on the track team and he's the most popular guy in the school who has stolen almost every girl's heart in Clayton High. Not to mention that he's quarterback of the football team.

Then she stole a pair of expensive gorgeous pink stiletto shoes for Caddie Harrison from the shop she works at and is about to face getting fired, not forgetting that she only stole them for Caddie so that she would get a chance - the only one she will get - to talk to Lance who also happens to be Caddie's boyfriend.

And then, if that's not enough, Reese's locker has been taken over by some whipped cream and an annoyminous note from someone who knows more about Reese than she does herself. They even know her dirty little secrets.
