Hatake Tsukiko knows she's different. Aside from the obvious of being the child of Hatake Kakashi, they need more help than the average shinobi, which is why she was placed on Interrogation Specialist Morino Ibiki's first genin team.
Morino Ibiki works hard to keep Tsukiko engaged and in a safe and comfortable environment when learning. When the third teammate, Minamoto Ryouichi, starts bullying Tsukiko for being so different, leading to physical violence against her, Ibiki is left without choice but to throw the boy off his team and even strip him of his shinobi rank.
After gaining another genin-Ibiki's own son-they are sent away on their first C-Rank mission. However, Team Ibiki is not ready for the mission to turn sour...
