After saving Bakugo from the Slime Villain, Izuku was walking home before he found a mysterious creature wandering around (Poppingummy Gochizo), some mysterious card decks (The Female Monster Card Decks) and a mysterious pink watch (The Chaquetrix). When he picks them up, he was greeted by a blue screen, saying:

Before he could respond, a portal suddenly opens up and transported him to another world. Now, with a mysterious 'device' (Gavv) implanted to his body, his appearance changed, and has gained the ability to travels between this world and his world, Izuku now have to protect both worlds and finally being able to achieve his dream to become The Greatest Hero.
