Years ago there was a war, between humans and elves, no one won. Hatred for each other still lingers with many hearts.

Rayne has a good life as the only human living with the wood elves in Arden forest. Life is confusing for her though, as of ten years ago she awoke with no memory. Trying to except the fact she may never know herself and never fit in is becoming overwhelming.      
Until Clay, a handsome assassin comes into her life and her whole world is turned upside down.
