Ever since Jonathan was a young boy, he ached to join the military. not for the average reason, but to escape his abusive family. thinking that the military was his best option, he ran for it the moment he turned legal age, hoping for a better life.
At the same time, a boy of similar age joined, but this boy didn't join for the same reason. Evan had it all he was a his high-schools leading lacrosse player and had a loving family. he just felt... bored, thinking that maybe he could join the military and possibly die in an unknown country, he would be satisfied knowing that's how he went out.
