Betrayed, framed and cast out of the Golden City, Nevaeh was supposed to be sent o the underworld but a helping hand had her sent to live out the rest of her days on Earth while retaining some of her powers.
Alone and with nowhere to turn to, she settled close to where she fell with an old couple who took her in and gave her a new family. She settled on working as a receptionist at the local hotel trying to live a normal life, that is until Dimitri Sinclair showed up and turned her peaceful world upside down. Taking a liking to her fiery and weird nature, he decided on hiring her as his PA.
Still coping with her newfound humanity, Nev is unsure of how to deal with all the familiar emotions being awakened by her annoyingly charismatic and charming boss, not to mention he's sexy as sin. All was well until a friend from her past found out about the set-up and vowed to help her clear her name all in the hopes that she may be welcomed back home. After all fallen don't get a second chance but it is a chance she is willing to take.
In the end, will she choose her wings and eternity or will she choose to remain human for the man who some how managed to steal her most precious treasure of all, her heart?
