In the Four Realms, all full dragons are shifters, able to take the shapes of the other six sapient species as they desire. When Imi, a half-dragon priestess of the goddess of life, and Lyle, also known as Lylnetrath, a full-dragon paladin in the service of the goddess of justice, fall in love, a whole world of dragons is exposed, kindling love and community and simultaneously drawing ire and hatred.
