He kissed me again, rougher this time, almost desperate, like he needed to be inside me even deeper. His hand slid under my back, lifting me into him, changing the angle just enough to make stars burst behind my eyes.

"Matteo please"

"I know, baby," he whispered. "Come for me. Now."

And I did my body shuddering violently as he held me through it, never stopping, chasing his own release until he spilled into me with a growl, burying his face in my neck.

For a moment, we didn't move. Just lay there, tangled and breathless, the tide washing up around us.
