Neil Perry and Todd Anderson are a popular ship from the Dead Poets Society Fandom, personally one of my favorite of all time. This text describes their evolving relationship, following along with the chronological events of the movie. I may have skipped some parts or added, but the overall gist is similar to the 1989 movie (minus the fact that Neil Perry and Todd Anderson do not actually have a "romance" in the movie). The story might be a little longer than other fanfics, particularly because I include a lot of dialogue from the movie to make it seem more realistic.

Literally, inseparable. Disaster hits. After a spell gone wrong, they discover they're bond together for the next week. Without being able to be touched, and without the ability to move further then a foot apart, Draco and Harry have to figure out how to live with each other. However, they soon discover its much easier then they thought. Harry learns he's more then welcome at the Slytherins table, and Draco doesn't seem to hate him as much as he used to. Could years of loathing actually just be childish squabbles? Did they actually just need more time to understand, and speak to each other? Was this the beginning of a new friendship, or something more then they ever could have dreamed? Heavily inspired by 'Hold My Hand'. Same sort of concept, but not the same writing or quotes. His father's words pounding in his head after recovery. Neil hasn't escaped him yet. However his father did listen to one request, letting him attend Welton once again. Now he has to navigate his school once again but now he came to the realization that he thinks of Todd as more than a friend. Will he succeed?
