I wrote a book in 5th grade (im now in 9th grade ) and it was about a zombie apocalypse and mythical/supernatural beings .
I think it was pretty good but I want to rewrite it with the same characters , but I want to change up the storyline and make it more interesting .
So I hope you enjoy !

We're Still Alive(Book1)BEING REWRITTEN
This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. So I found a story like this online and was inspired to make a story like it but it's completely different so hope ya'll like! (CURRENTLY EDITING THIS STORY, ESPECIALLY CHANGING SOME OF THE CHARACTERS, THE STORYLINE AND THEIR NAMES SINCE ITS CRINGY AND I WAS REALLY YOUNG WHEN I WROTE THIS! NEVER MIND, THIS ENTIRE STORY IS CRINGE FACTOR! WHY DID Y'ALL LIKE THIS STORY SO MUCH?! THE STORY'S GOTTA CHANGE!) Also too, as part of re-editing everything (and I mean EVERYTHING), I'm gonna switch up the POV because I feel like everything would make more sense if I wrote it in Third Person since most of the chapters have a TP feel to them. And they need a revamp VERY. BADLY. I seriously don't know what I was thinking and deleted some of the chapters because I did not want that up here and I wanted a clean conscious. That's also why some of the comments won't make sense because I wrote this story very differently to how I'm writing it now. I'm not back 100% but I have to rewrite this story because of how atrocious and weird it has become. I changed the characters ages to 18 or older since that was one of the biggest problems with the original story and I know if some of you come back to read this as to why I'm rewriting this book instead of creating a new one is because I don't want to and it's already there.
