Back when you knew me...
You used to tell me everything
even the things you swore you'd never tell anyone.
Alam mo 'yung feeling na kahit hindi mo sabihin, naiintindihan ka?
That was us.
I was your safe space.
You were my almost.
But we never talked about the feelings.
Hindi ko rin alam kung dahil ba sa takot, o dahil sa pride.
Pero pareho tayong tumahimik.
And just like that... we became strangers.
From everyday calls to total silence.
From late-night tambay to awkward small talk.
You forgot the way I liked my coffee.
And I stopped asking if you were okay.
Nakakatawa, no?
We lost each other...
even before we had the chance to choose each other.
Maybe we didn't need closure.
