Long ago, Aetherion was not ruled by Lions alone.
The throne was shared between two royal bloodlines:
The Lionblood Dynasty -- rulers of the Sun (strength, crown).
The Serpentblood Dynasty -- rulers of the Moon (wisdom, shadow).
They balanced each other - Lion ruled by day, Serpent ruled by night.
But everything changed in The Great Betrayal.
