This story is a dark allegory about identity, judgment, and society's cruelty. The Ugly Gay Man represents how people shine on the outside but are rejected for who they truly are. The Bad Black Man symbolizes how society turns people into stereotypes and ignores their humanity. The Good Waiter watches it all but does nothing-he represents those who see injustice but stay silent out of fear or apathy. The story shows how we perform roles, how society decides who matters, and how truth, identity, and morality are twisted by perception. In the end, no one is innocent-not the victim, the criminal, or the bystander. It's not meant to make sense. It's meant to feel like a nightmare reflection of the real world.

Felix was never meant to live happily ever after. Not with a God who calls his love a sin. Not with a fiancé who chose salvation over him. And not with a heart that won't stop aching to change his fate. So when a demon named Memphis offers him the chance to become normal, Felix doesn't hesitate. He signs away his soul to kill the part of himself he can no longer bear to live with. But the devil deals in illusions, and what begins as a dream quickly spirals into a nightmare of lies, madness, and blood. A fusion of Faust and Medea, this modern tragedy dives into the brutal consequences of internalized homophobia, the war between faith and desire, and the terrifying price of rewriting your nature. The Modern Faust tells the story of a man who dares to defy what he is and loses everything. Note: This is still a work in progress, suggestions are welcomed, and I will do my best to implement them as long as they maintain the soul of this work.
