Sonic was called many things, street rat, ruffian, worthless, flea bag, loser, thief, and other hurtful words. But it wasn't like those words weren't true, considering his circumstances, but still a guy's gotta eat right? But everything changed during a chase in the rain, when he meets a red eyed hedgehog with a scowl that could melt icebergs. This grouchy hedgehog becomes his savior from his life on the streets, but he still keeps his distance from Sonic, but how long can he, Shadow, keep the ice around his heart before it melts under the warmth of Sonic's grateful smile?

Amy's health struggle
After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends. Though she insists she's fine, her declining health becomes impossible to hide. The team begins to worry especially Sonic, who notices every crack she tries to cover. This doesn't really have much plot like my other stories I just wanted to write my own experiences through my favourite characters and mostly just explore the relationships with Amy and the rest of the gang Based on true events Art is not mine! Once a feared, praised 'deity' to a cult, now just a shaking, weak hedgehog who fears death more than his enemies. Who even was he anymore? After killing his only true friend, he awoke centuries later in his tomb, holy water engulfing him. The reality of Shadow's mortality took a tole on him, wracking and haunting him at every turn. Following saving Sonic and friends, he learns the ways of life, puzzled by their detachments from their own mortality. The blue blur especially didn't seem to care about his life, throwing himself into dangerous situations for strangers. It was something he admired, in a way. What started as curiosity, turned into respect and a longing of some kind. A mutual one the two had to address.

Stay - The Rain
Sonic was always the light - the unshakable, untouchable hero. But beneath the speed and the smile, he was breaking. Years of buried trauma, unspoken hurt, and Shadow's relentless words finally push him to vanish in silence, leaving the team behind. When he returns, he's different. Quieter. Precise. Smiling too widely and speaking only when necessary. He deflects every question, absorbs every insult, and lives like he's trying to be what everyone wants - even if it's killing him inside. Shadow notices first. And slowly, painfully, he realizes the damage his own words carved into someone already drowning. As missions cease and the world quiets, the team watches Sonic spiral deeper - refusing food, hurting in silence, breaking piece by piece. But through quiet gestures, sleepless nights, and tender moments in borrowed hoodies, Sonic begins to heal - not by erasing the pain, but by letting someone stay with him through it. Sonic. EXE x Knuckles: When Hero Met Demon
Demons. Bloodthirsty, savage killers. They don't care about anyone other than themself and will stop at nothing to get the job done. They claim to be Gods. Mobians nicknamed these demons "EXE." Their master is unknown. They come out of nowhere, mainly at night, and kill. Heroes. Heroic, brave Mobians who come out of the shadows to stop the demons. They're the ones celebrated, they're the ones loved. They care about others. There is a lot of heroes in the world, just as much as demons. They also come out of nowhere, mainly at night as well, and save lives. What if a hero and a demon fell in love? Knuckles the Echidna is a hero. Somewhat gullible but short-tempered, this echidna isn't someone you want to mess with. In terms of muscle, he's the strongest hero around, but when it comes to smarts and speed, he's the weakest. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Sonic the Hedgehog is a demon. Somewhat snarky but kindhearted, this hedgehog is a bit cowardly when it comes to fights. He was never about fighting and violence like other demons, he just wants freedom and peace. Bullied for his secret morals, he sneaks out for the night. What if these two were to cross paths? Would they fall in love, or will the unending war keep them apart? Find out in "When Hero Met Demon"!Complete![[Şmøöţh Śăīłįñğ]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/318041173-256-k275729.jpg)
