Yu-Gi-Oh 5D'S: When the Engines Sing

Twenty year old Sora Tomo has lived her entire life in darkness. Blinded by tumors as a baby and abandoned to a children's home, she's learned to navigate the world through sound, vibration, memory, and sheer will. Since she was a teen she dreamed of riding with the wind, to race, to duel, to feel the thunder of engines under her and the roar of the crowd around her. Turbo Dueling was her dream of standing equal in a world that never gave her a fair start.

But when the Duel Academy rejected her after a devastatind and unnacomodating trial ride, citing danger, impracticality, and her blindness, her world crashed harder than any engine could. With nothing left to lose, she walked the city aimlessly... and ends up somewhere she never expected nor knew of: on the Daedalus Bridge leading to the Satellite Sector.

It's there she meets Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, and Crow Hogan, duelists who raced for more than fame, they fought for the world, for second chances. After learning her story, they see something in her that others never dared to: potential.
