Before

There was a time that our people were not cramped and scrounging for resources. A time that the land was organic rather than artificial. A time that this place did not exist as it does now and even a time that it didn't exist at all. There was a time before all of this. Before the gods held their seats of power. Before the great migration. Before the war that killed the dragons, the gods and the world alike.

A young mage and aspiring hero, Phineas Bane, navigates a perilous world of magic, adventures, and corruption. Through victories, failures and difficult choices, Phineas and his companions will press onwards and earn a name for themselves. As friends become family and they watch their home collapse will they become the heroes they've always wanted to be? Or will history remember them as villains?

This high fantasy story is based on a homebrew dungeons and dragons world and narrates the history of what happened before the campaign started. There will be mature content such as strong language, violence, blood, gore, horror and sexually suggestive scenes. This is a deep and compelling story and every good story has conflict.
