In a world where heroes dominate the spotlight and villains lurk in the shadows, there exists a third kind of power: the legal system. Saori Midoriya, once a quirkless outcast with no hope of becoming a hero, clawed her way to the top of the legal food chain by sheer wit, manipulation, and an uncanny ability to read people like open books. Now known as Japan's most infamous defense attorney for the morally gray, Saori specializes in defending quirk-based crimes-with a clientele list that includes disgraced heroes, villain sympathizers, underground fixers, and even the occasional outright monster.
Cunning, fast-talking, and unapologetically self-interested, Saori is a legal mercenary in a world ruled by brute strength and media ratings. But when a conspiracy begins to unravel from the highest levels of hero society, one that ties into her own family's murky past and All For One's original downfall, Saori finds herself with a decision to make:
Expose the truth and burn every bridge left standing-or manipulate the system so well that she becomes untouchable.
Because when the heroes fall and the villains rise, only one person will be left standing with the winning argument.
Justice is subjective. But if you're in trouble? Better Call Saori.
