Nikki Claudine Saavedra, daughter of two known and highest paid surgeons and hospital owners in Metro Manila, has dreamed of following the footsteps of her parents. As the tension between the two grows from battling each other's wits, their rivalry becomes more prominent when Isaiah learns about her family.
