Well, I used a d20 I had handy and I ended up rolling a 10 and a 14. So here's my ~1500 words Military Sci-Fi/Erotica short fiction!

Waiting For My Mate by Veikari

Laxus is waiting for Freed to return from a mission and Freed has no idea what is waiting for him when he would finally return. Dragon mating season has started and all kinds of things will happen. After the season their journey won't stop but there will be lots of new stuff they have to get adjusted to. I'm currently rewriting this story. I'm not sure how long it will take, but I'll just rewrite a chapter or two every now and then. I won't be making any drastic changes, just some fixing up and things like that. I'm not sure what will happen to the comments, it will be really sad if I'll lose them all. If that's the case, I hope I'll get new comments along the way. Thank you, I hope you enjoy! Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) by emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

This story is sci-fi, romantic and a highly dramatic teen fiction about Amber and Ryan as we hear the tale of how two enemies turn into lovers as they struggle to survive for 20 days on a deserted planet... This tale tugs a few heart strings and has some bizarre moments. Please let me know what you think as this is the first story I've ever written/shared/finished and would love to hear some opinions! Let the haters hate and the lovers love.

Minor irritations, but they may or may not trigger her blizzard-inducing rage from time to time, resulting in out-of-season snowstorms, snowbound towns, and confused meteorologists worldwide. Good thing she has a fairy godmother. Or is it? When a forbidden paranormal romance brings secret magic and an unspoken curse to light, the weight of the world lands on Lily's shoulders. Break the curse, save the world. Fail... And she'll destroy everything.
