When the Winter Soldier gets a mission to eliminate Millie for having to much information on HYDRA information leak that happened, at first it's no biggie for him until he actually see's her, blond hair, blue eyes, and small frame. She's looks exactly like Steve, even sharing the same last name as him. The Winter Soldier can't tell if this is a mission or a test. A test of how hard can you push him till he breaks. He can't kill the now closest thing he has to Steve, can he? The Winter Soldier can but can the little bit that's left of Bucky in his now controlled body be enough to withstand the orders of HYDRA or will he just continue being HYDRA's little puppet. Though the real question is: Is Millie an innocent civilian or was she sent by HYDRA as a test to see if their perfect assassin is breaking apart and needs repairs.

Confused, the Winter Soldier, aka Bucky, wonders around the streets of New York. He can't go back to HYDRA, they would wipe his memory again. And he wants to remember. He want's to remember who Steve was, the man that he was ordered to kill but was also claimed to be his best friend. He somehow stumbles into a woman's apartment named Amelia, looking for medical help, and for some reason, Amelia decides to help him. As she finds out more about him, she decides to teach him how to live like a human in the 21st century and also helps him to remember his past. But disaster strikes as HYDRA finds Bucky, and when they try to find Steve they also find out that unfortunately he has been kidnapped by HYDRA too. And so their first mission begins. Little does he know, he had been followed. ***** Alexandria (Lexi) Adams, was one of the best shadow agents of SHIELD. She was one that Fury trusted with everything, including her judgement. Fury knew that having the Winter Soldier on their side, would be beneficial, not to mention, it would stop Rogers from turning down missions he was needed on. Lexi follows Barnes from a distance, helping to set him up with a home and job, without him knowing it was her. She had moved in to the apartment across from him, playing the friendly neighbour, which was a feat in itself. Lexi was never considered a friendly type of person. It was her mission, to help keep him safe, recover his past, and obtain any Hydra information. She makes sure to bump into him, while shopping for groceries, introducing herself, but she finds he's very closed off and guarded. Can she get through to him, or will he up and run again? When Hydra operatives come crashing through their complex, Lexi must make the choice, to stand and fight, or run. Will the two work together?
