Desperate to uncover the truth and protect her niece from becoming next in a line of missing children, Eva grudgingly reaches out to the only people who can help: her old acquaintances, celebrity paranormal investigator couple Nathan and Jamie, who helped countless people with their supernatural troubles in their hit web series Witchcraft Wednesday Investigations.
Problem is, Nathan and Jamie left their series behind - for cushy jobs, a life of wealth and fame, and possibly some stupid secret reason they stubbornly refuse to share. And Eva setting up an investigation with them is bound to reopen years-old wounds on all sides.
Forced together by tragic circumstances, Eva, Nathan and Jamie face a suspicious cult, the wicked weeping spirit it worships, and the many past and present grievances threatening their search for a killer. But can their uneasy coalition withstand an investigation demanding life-or-death sacrifice?
