"Waitress," a deep voice called behind her. She froze. Turning, she found him closer than he had any right to be. His presence sucked the air from the room. He wasn't looking at the tray. He leaned closer, voice dropping to a dark murmur. "In my world, love is a dangerous game. Make sure you know how to play." He turned and walked away without waiting for a reply, leaving her with a business card, a thousand questions, and a decision that would change everything
