Joslyn Smith is a victim of abuse by her brother. Till the day she finally snapped when her brother took a knife, slashing her across her arm. Before it was just hurtful words and whacks from a cane. Then it became kicking, slapping and screaming, with her brother always being angry, he would put his anger on her. Her parents never cared, trusting that their son had a good reason to do so, to discipline their daughter who they claim to be weak and always doing things the wrong way. She finally had enough of it and swore to herself that after she comes of age, she would kill her brother with her own bare hands. But like every sick story, there's always a twist. When she joins Zenton and his group of assassins, she starts to find out about the secrets that were buried underneath so many lies.

WAIT! Before reading this blurb or adding the book to your library, I want to provide a disclaimer: This book is very poorly written and juvenile as I wrote it when I was 12, but if the idea of it or the blurb is something you would like, check out the rewritten version on my profile instead, The Alpha's Human [Rewritten]!! - The world has been overrun by wolves. They're everywhere; no one can escape them. They overcome any obstacle thrown their way, and they'll slaughter anyone obstructing their paths. These creatures have completely taken over the wolves, and no human is safe from them. Except one place. The Wall, a large village where humans have taken their last stand. It's refuge to any, with one exception: no wolves. Lyssa Irwin's family are hunters. They pillage the woods, tracking and killing all wolves they come across. It's always been drilled into her head that these creatures destroy everything and take and take and take. So when she comes across the alpha of one of the biggest werewolf packs in North America and he claims they are mates, the end results are not good.
