We ran the streets of Chicago like we owned 'em-me, Smoke, and Stack. Robbing the Irish, hitting the Italians, chasing cash and chaos like we were untouchable. But it was never gonna last. The city took its pound of flesh, and when the Twins went back to Mississippi, I followed them back to my home.
