🕯️ This is not just a book. It's a quiet revolution. A return to yourself. The Day I Chose Me is a self-love journal for the women who loved too deeply, stayed too long, and forgot themselves in the process. It's for the soft hearts that hardened over time, and for the strong ones who broke silently behind closed doors. Each page is a soul letter-written for the one who needs healing, closure, or just a moment to breathe. Through raw reflections, poetic affirmations, and step-by-step self-help corners, this book doesn't just tell you to love yourself-it shows you how. Here, you will remember: You are not hard to love. You were just loving in places that didn't know how to hold you. Let this journal be your mirror, your safe place, and your soft landing. You're not lost. You're coming home.

Hello, I don't write to inform you or to show you my life story. I write to show that you can move on from the past and let go. The only way you can move on it is to forgive yourself and the people who have hurt your soul. I write for the damaged, to let them know I see them suffering in silence. This book is about overcoming the hells of life and letting yourself enjoy the good things that you have. I wrote this when I was going through a really hard time in my own life. This book was my safe place. It's a place for me to express my feelings and to be 100% open with myself. I hope this makes you think about what you can do to start healing and how we have an effect on others. Treat yourself kindly, and be gentle.
